Awesome experience and a super cool place in general! I was looking for a gtp (green tree python) and they had some beautiful specimens there. Ended up purchasing one and I couldn’t be more pleased. Everyone there was extremely helpful and kind. If it wasn’t an hour away, they would be my go-to pet shop. 10/10 and would highly recommend!

I should have read more reviews before purchasing. I adopted a young monitor and unfortunately, he arrived deceased. He had been shipped inside a burlap sack with a heat pack taped to it. Our exotic vet later concluded the likely cause of death was overheating. Burlap is a poor shipping material for hatchling reptiles because it offers no insulation, wicks away moisture, allows uncontrolled heat exposure, and does not protect against physical trauma. For fragile, high-value arboreal species, this method carries serious risks. When I reached out, they did issue a refund, which I appreciate. I was also offered a significantly more expensive animal as an alternative, but there was no price adjustment, so I declined. Over the Christmas weekend my family ordered a baby Asian water monitor! That’s where the good ends and the bad starts! The whole shipping process was horrible wasn’t at the fedex hub when it was supposed to mind you it’s a live baby monitor and the nearest hub to me is 50 mins then we unbox the monitor and his nose is extremely tore up which I could’ve maybe dealt with that if he was acting fine but since adding to his new enclosure after insuring the husbandry is correct now he is acting very lethargic and has kept his eyes close for days now and we’ve offered food and he won’t eat and then when I call the shop to ask and tell them the lady on the phone was extremely uncaring and rude like I’m upset I spent hundreds of Dollors to get a pet that isn’t doing well and he probably wasn’t doi
