PetSmart

I go here regularly for pet supplies for my rats, everything is always stocked and tidy- the animals are well taken care of ( there has been multiple times I have stopped in and see someone cleaning the enclosures ), and the staff is always so friendly and kind. I recently bought my first pet mouse from this location, and he is very bright and healthy :) The only thing I would recommend, is instead of using paper bedding for the animals on display- to use aspen or hemp. As the paper bedding gets super smelly very quickly which can be unpleasant for some customers!!

Terrible customer service i go in this store at least once a week ONLY because its the closest to my house, otherwise I wouldn't. All I need it cricketers most of the time and I usually have to hunt someone down for help. Now they put a scanner up for i guess faster service and i still wait a min. Of 10mins for someone to come. Today I was in there, there was a worker who saw me standing there he looked at me several times, but he rather stock the shelves than assist. After the last stare down and me scanning in again he finally came over and just looked at me. Never greeted me, asked me had I been helped or what I needed. I was very polite said please and thank you and he NEVER said a word, like I was bothering him. Now the ladies at the check out are usually very pleasant. But you gotta

Jen was wonderful. She took the time to tell me how the point system works so that I can save money. Found everything I was looking for and the store was clean. Ill be back.

Very little knowledge of reptile husbandry. I have a fully “bioactive” 4ft x 8ft x 10ft open concept environment that houses a small colony of A. carolinensis that act as insect control inside of a 20 ft x 20ft hermetically sealed, temperature and humidity controlled room. The room houses approximately 40 enclosures for a myriad of different species ranging from anurans through squamates. The tiny troll lady with a cattle hoop piercing who refused to sell me two carolinensis to add to my colony has zero understanding of customer service or animal husbandry.
