Precious Pup Palace

The pups look just how I wanted them! They were very friendly and the pups didn’t even want to leave!! They had a great experience for their first grooming and they smell wonderful, I would recommend the vanilla that they use! Groomer took their time with them! Pricing is a little more than like a pet smart, however they seem to be taken care of really well here and the money is definitely worth it. Keep in mind that my pups had a scissor trim (at my request) and scissors are more choppy than razors but it isn’t bad, I was worried about the length on their fur being too short and it’s great!

So happy we found Charlotte to groom our dogs! She truly loves what she does and my Callie girl was in her glory after getting groomed and she smelled and felt so good! We will not be going anywhere else.

My girl got out of her harness before we entered. Charlotte was amazing she stopped traffic and helped getting her to come back. Couldn't do it without her. And did awesome job on her. My groomer for life.

Just had my dog in to see Charlotte at Precious Pup Grooming. I was referred to her from a friend after searching forever, which meant my doodle was matted! 1st of all, I was very happy to actually have a conversation with the actual person who would be grooming my dog on the phone. She was extremely accommodating and got my dog in within a few days. Knowing that he would be the only dog she would be attending to was also a plus! We talked beforehand and off I went. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call in a good amount of time from Charlotte. My dog looks great, he was happy and it was very obvious to me he was comfortable with her for the grooming. Price is comparable to other places maybe slightly higher. But the one on one service is well worth every dollar. I actually was

Best groomer ever. Charlotte goes the extra mile with my Maggy. When I arrive to pick her up, she acts like she's perfectly content to stay with Charlotte. That says it all. Update 12/2/17: I read the one negative review and can't even begin to understand. Been going here every six weeks or so for about a year and am happier with each visit. My twenty year-old Maggy had both eyes removed a few years ago and is 95% deaf. She is far healthier, happier, and more active than she's been in many years due to the skilled outstanding care here. And her appetite has roughly DOUBLED! Every little detail is covered. Charlotte is quite obviously a real animal-lover. Probably not many dogs are happy to visit their groomer, but MY dog is! Her services are a true bargain.
