The handful of times I brought my dog here, the groom and deshedding treatment was great, however it’s not an extremely reliable place. While I understand scheduling changes happen, after calling 4 times over 2 months after a cancelled appointment to try to make another - I was always told I’d be called the following day and never received a call back. I ended up going somewhere else that had better communication. If you are able to get in, the work was good!

I am very disappointed with the treatment I received from this salon. I have been bringing my dog here for months with a standing appointment every six weeks. Initially, my dog was groomed by a specific groomer, but when they fell behind, I was asked if a new groomer could take over. I agreed, but from then on, I was continuously scheduled with the newer groomer. Today, I received a curt notification stating that the new groomer was no longer with them and that my dog’s upcoming appointment would not be honored. When I asked what could be done, I was told “nothing.” Is this truly how you conduct business? I will be finding a new groomer and would not recommend this facility to anyone. I am especially upset because my family is leaving town next week, and we were trying to ensure that our

Sandy’s dog grooming is amazing ! I have been taking my pug to get groomed with Jackie for over two years and they treat her like the princess she is . Affordable , friendly and fast service. Plus she expresses her anal glands and grinds her nails. Love this place .

I went a few months ago. However, every time I pass by the shop, I’m reminded of my disappointment. I took my shepherd in for a haircut and wash. They didn’t cut my shepherds hair. Although, she was damp and smelled nice. I didn’t get a call saying she was difficult or anything, esp. since it was her first time. I ended up cutting her hair myself. What a lackluster first experience for me and my fur girl.

I was nervous to take my old lady (13), Flossie to a new groomer, but I will never go anywhere else now! Flossie’s hair was long and matted because she was overdue for a grooming (totally my fault). Kat was incredible with her and so kind to me. When I picked her up, I got to chat with a few other groomers and they were so nice! The prices are reasonable and the service is top notch. So much so that I’m writing my 1st ever Google review 😊 I will be back and I will be referring friends and family!
