Bubbles N' Barks

Our Kobe loves this place. His groomer, Bethany, is the best! The entire staff is great and they take really good care of our furbaby. I even referred my brother, and he now takes both his dogs. 🐾🐶🐾

I’ve adopted a dog that has been impossible to groom. Bethany’s idea to bring him in a series of days in a row in order to “desensitize” him was brilliant. He’s a pain, but it’s been Bethany and Bubbles N’ Barks to the rescue!

Bubbles and barks gave us a poor experience two times in a row. The first time they nicked the baby when they were shaving him and didn't tell us anything. We went back the second time he came home with fleas. When we went to bubbles on barks to show them what occurred the owner got mad because we were very high strong and upset about the dogs condition. She said "so what it's flea season and take your flea dog out of here right now because I don't like your attitude". It was late For us so we had to take everything out the house and spray it down. We also had to give him a bath and spray him down. I would not suggest this place to anyone it was a horrifying experience. On the photos you will see where he was licking his skin almost raw because he was itchy.. omg we are not blind to the

I will let the photos speak for themselves. The dog on the right was also butchered, but the one on the left was worse. Will not be coming back knowing that Mary has left as did the ability to properly groom a Bichon. It will be a solid 3+ weeks before our dog can leave the house without people thinking we own a mutant rat.

We scheduled our pup for her grooming appt today, and felt rushed that we had to pick her up. We were told bc they had cancellations, that we could bring her in early! I was greatly dissatisfied with the end result of her overall look. I normally keep her boots bc that's the look I like for her. Her boots were shaved completely off, which was very upsetting to me. They could have simply used detangler to smooth out the tangles, but instead, they found it convenient to shave off her boots! If they were in a hurry to end their work day, they should have rescheduled for a different day!! I really should not have given this place a second chance to prove themselves capable of caring for my pup. -Disgruntled former customer
