Nice place. A younger employee wasn't familiar with their products in the store. But the cashier she was absolutely amazing. She helped me so much. She knew more than the people on the floor. She is the one that made me five 5 stars

I recently had a terrible experience with this groomer. DO NOT take your dog here for grooming! I have a Labradoodle, and they completely shaved him down to the skin. When I raised my concerns, the groomer dismissed them, saying, "He still has a pinch of hair to pinch," and that I should always be super specific about his cut. This is completely unacceptable. No dog, especially one with a full coat, should be shaved down to the bone—especially in winter! The lack of accountability from the staff only made the situation worse. I will be following up with management, but I will never shop here again. If you care about your pet’s well-being, take them somewhere else! There is a before picture of Darby in the front !

D'Andre, Nick, and Ryan were all very helpful, Knowledgeable and friendly! 😊 I highly recommend this place for your pet supplies. They have a grooming service and pet bath service as well. Update: I like to add that all of the staff that I came across were Awesome. I recently went (a couple of days ago) and met Nina - she is a jewel 😊- so caring. This time i needed a collar and she helped me find one to fit my Amari (standard poodle (puppy)). Aa I mentioned before, all of the staff there has been awesome! If I could rate the store highest than 5, it would be a 10. Thanks for hiring great employees.

UPDATE: I’ve always trusted this place for my dog’s grooming, but this last experience was awful. I wasn’t going to leave a review, but seeing my dog suffer every day since has been heartbreaking, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through this. I’m not sure if Stacie is a new groomer since I’ve never seen her before, but what she did to my dog was absolutely unacceptable. It felt like torture for him, and on top of that, it took her four hours to complete his grooming—something I’ve never had to wait that long for. After speaking with the manager, I was refunded, but that doesn’t erase the pain and distress my dog has been going through. No refund can make up for the suffering caused, and I truly hope they take steps to ensure this never happens to another pet.

I was just there this past Sunday washing both of my pets. It would be greatly appreciated if you guys can add some type of heating element to the air dryer. I think it’s totally inhumane to air dry a dog with cold air. Plus, the heating makes The drying process much faster.
