Dr. Rizzo really cares. I went in with my yorkie. The reason for the visit... Her gums were pale and she was acting very weird. Her sugar was 36. He sent me out to northview. Gave me his personal water bottles and a towel for transport... very respectful and polite. 😊

Had a new patient apt for my 1yr old pup . The 2pm apt has been on the books for a month plus . We are new to the area and I needed to get my dog established and shots . I arrived 20 min early to do my paperwork etc as requested . While I was waiting 4 other patrons walked in w their pets . 2pm arrived and every single patron that walked in after me was taken care of , I sat there and sat there some more , not a look from staff . Desk personal greeted clients kindly but never a word to me once I sat down . Finally 20 min rolled by and we finally got taken care of . I waited longer than our actual apt took w the doc . I paid a 60.00 deposit when I booked this apt bcz I'm new , which I can understand . However , my time is worth money as well. If someone would have said somethin

I went to this facility in need of treating all three of my cats/kitten. They did a decal sample and only said kitten (the only one I could get a sample for) tested positive for roundworms. I did the treatment and days later and even after an anti diarrhea medication they were still having diarrhea with mucus as well as accidents. When I called in just utter failure because it’s been a month they told me to trap all 3 again (I did for a week in my small bathroom and it was a mess) and the doc would call me the next morning which fell on a Saturday and they aren’t open. It now has been over a week no call back no care and I’m not out over $260. To be honest I don’t even think they completed the testing to see the root problem they were just trying to get me out of their office. No wonder th

I just love the care, compassion and knowledge everyone has at both hospitals. I've Never in the 13 years going here have had a bad experience. Thank u all for what u do

Always a good experience. They take good care of all of my furbabies. Love the doctors and staff.
