K & K Grooming

Rude inconsiderate, unprofessional needs to learn scheduling . I watch you finished a dog at 11:50 when i was walking in for my 12p appointment what I was told on the phone when I booked my appointment. When I get in you asked me was i sitting outside the whole time i said no just arrived 15 min before my appointment time. Then you tell me my appointment time was at 11:30. No your a liar my appointment was at 12p i repeatedto you several times.. I should have went with my first mind by reading reviews.

Before I even answered the door, the lady was already being real mean like she didn’t want to do it very poor attitude, lack of customer service I will take my dog to Petco or pet supplies plus Ohio buckeye is good too. Grooming is not the place to go. I am telling you this now.

Very rude. Was told I had a 1030 am appointment, and when we showed up at 1020 she informed us we missed our 10 am appointment and she would NOT be rescheduling us. There was some kind of miscommunication but to tell someone you won’t take them again, when they’ve shown up is pretty crappy. Mistakes happen I can understand that but clearly she can’t. I’m glad we didn’t take our puppy there after reading other reviews though!

I was a new customer who forgot what time unfortunately that my two dogs were booked for. It was either for 10am or 11am, and I tried calling multiple times to verify the time in the morning, yet no one picked up or returned my call. I was greeted with a text 20 minutes after the scheduled time telling me they would not see the dogs and I could not reschedule. I never got a response to verify the time like most places do, and I did not even get a call at the time to see if I was coming in. I would not recommend this place as then when I called, the lady was very rude and tried pushing me off of the phone.

I had a bad customer service experience with a local groomer so I got in touch with K & K Grooming she was very nice, she got him in quickly! I even received a confirmation call the day prior to his appointment (which I loved). Scheduling appointments, forcing times that wouldn’t work for their groomers were issues I had prior to calling K & K grooming . She was very easy to communicate with. But I dropped him off. Just a couple of hours later, I received a calling saying he was ready. I picked him up, LOVED HIS CUT! No complaints
