Ginger absolutely loves coming here! Buckeye Furry Friends got you covered! Customer Service excels and you reap the benefits! We only had a couple days notice for Cleveland Clinic visit. We called and visited BFF getting our shots and records recorded for boarding. We appreciate required shots and vaccinations as that protects our Ginger too! Drop off was easily coordinated and went great! Our stay in Cleveland got extended and Buckeye Furry Friends really helped us out! We had no worries and knew Ginger was getting excellent care! Thank you all for treating first time customers with white glove care and as Family! We will be back! Gotta say if you’re visiting Cedar Point and want your furry loved one to be taken care of, Buckeye Furry Friends is the place to go!

Wonderful first experience with Buckeye Furry Friends. My Trixie stayed 3 nights. It was great seeing the daily videos of her and the other doggies playing in the daycare. Before picking her up she got a bath. Felt very secure leaving her in their good hands. Will definitely be using them again for boarding and probably some doggie daycare play too!

Buckeye Furry Friends have been wonderful to work with. They were very helpful and had open communication from the beginning. They helped set up the account, were kind during the temperament screening, and put us at ease with Maple and Annie’s first visit. Both dogs came home tired and happy. We will definitely be back and recommend Buckeye Furry Friends to anyone who is looking for a safe, and fun place for their dog to gain some friends, and burn some energy.

We just love this place and this family! They take such good care of our lab! She always comes home happy and exhausted after a day of play with all the attentive staff and other dogs. We’ve used the grooming services as well and it’s been absolutely top notch.

We brought our high energy puppy Scout to BFF in August for some daycare while visiting Sandusky. He had never been to daycare before, but the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and instantly made us feel at ease. Scout had a great time and was eager to go back the next day! We took advantage of the convenient grooming options while he was there and were very happy we did. Cheyenne did a fantastic job. Overall, we had an excellent experience with Buckeye Furry Friends and look forward to going back.
