Sam's Dapper Dog

Sam always does a super job grooming my very energetic aussie doodle, Dart! Dart has had many a goofy-looking groom in his days but NEVER since Sam! She is detail-oriented and keeps a very tidy shop. I can always trust her with Dart’s safety and well being during his groom. Make sure to book ahead as she is (rightfully) busy! Well worth the forward planning to have such a handsome dog. Couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Sam does a great job with our Goldendoodle. She grooms one dog at a time so it is much quicker (~1-1.5hour) than other places. We pay about $110 for our 40ib mini goldendoodle which is on the more expensive side but it is worth it for a good grooming experience.

This was my first time frequenting Sam’s Dapper Dog and they did an amazing job!! I’ve already booked our next visit. It took so long to find a place that knew how to handle her coat! The best part is my dog loves the wonderful gals! They are so friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this business.

I had hesitations about bringing my 3 Doodles to a new groomer, for a while I was just trimming and shaving my dogs at home, (a lot of people aren’t fans of grooming doodles) I had stumbled on SDD instagram page and almost immediately contacted her. I have a 4 year old mini golden doodle who love rolling around in dirt/water. A 1.5 year old mini bernedoodle who’s a bit mouthy when you try to touch his feet/face for trimming. And their 5 month old puppy who’s a bernedoodle/golden doodle mix. I’m sure you can imagine the chaos in my house but they are so fun! I explained my situation to Sam and she quickly responded and let me know that she would be able to groom all 3 pups SAME day! I recently moved to NH and decided to find a groomer closer to home and found Sam. I am so glad I did because my girl just received the best haircut of her life! The shop was very clean and comfortable for even a dog like mine that has really bad anxiety. The products she uses also seem much lighter and better for the dogs as mine did not walk out smelling of heavy perfume. Thank you so much, Sam! Barbie and I will definitely be back!
