We had an excellent experience with their spay/neuter clinic. Very affordable and they took great care of my beagle puppy. Add-ons like the rabies vaccine are also available. My dog is resting comfortably now with her provided take-home pain medication after a successful surgery. I talked to Katie on the phone for scheduling and information and it was a breeze. When you arrive for your appointment make sure you drive all the to the back of the property until you see the sign.

This review is long overdue, but something happened the other day that made me feel the need/desire to post. Because this place deserves it. My boyfriend and I got our kitty here back in December 2024. We wanted to add a new member to our family, but we had no idea how much we would grow to love Louis unconditionally ❤️ he is literally my son and I wouldn't have it any other way. At first I wanted a girl kitty, but I fell in love with him, and it was a fairy tale after that. It really bothered me for a while that our first picture taken by staff of all three of us we never got to see , and honestly the memory was extremely important to me. So it's been almost a year of Louis, and I decide to reach out to the shelter in hopes they could somehow find the picture. I know it was a long shot

We had a great experience adopting here! My boyfriend and I were looking at getting a kitten to keep our cat company after moving into our own place. We found the sweetest little girl (Asterial) to join our family. We loved visiting with all of the cats and kittens and found the shelter staff and volunteers very genuine and helpful during the visit. They even took an adorable adoption photo of us which I can’t wait to see on the FB! Thank you SARL :) Special thank you to Tiffany, who worked with us an was great!

We had a great experience from setting up an initial appointment, to walking to the car with our new little cat. The team was professional, passionate, and kind. The even stayed open on our initial visit to the shelter on New Years Eve. Tiffany, Robin, and Sierra were all fantastic and gave us a welcoming and warm experience. I would recommend SARL to anyone looking to adopt.

The adoption process was seamless and easy!! The staff were very friendly and helpful. My issue is we were told that the cats may come down with “cold like symptoms” such as a runny nose or cough due to stress and change of environment. Understandable. I didn’t not expect less than 48 hours later needing to spend $400 at the ER because one of the cats we adopted contracted conjunctivitis from the facility. I contacted the director and basically got told “oh well”. Cold symptoms is one thing, they will get over that in a few days and doesn’t require a ER visit. I find the response to my situation extremely unprofessional.
