Salt Ponds Animal Hospital

I brought my dog Millie to Salt Ponds Animal Hospital and saw Dr. Sam Lester he was absolutely wonderful! He was extremely kind, patient, and gentle with Millie, making sure she felt comfortable the whole time. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions without rushing. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his patients and their owners. The staff was also friendly and welcoming. I left feeling very confident that Millie was in the best hands. Highly recommend Dr. Lester and Salt Ponds Animal Hospital!

Moved a few years ago to the area and came in as a new patient with our dog. We’ve moved around quite a bit and used several vets but Salt Ponds is by far the best. They are all professional. Pricing is very fair. You can tell they truly care about your animal. Building is beautiful and clean too!

Rolled up right after they opened with an emergency, they took us in and helped us out. Even though the dogs injury was minor, he was screaming and scaring his people. They took us in calmed all of us down and showed our guy so much care and compassion. They are our regular vet too, and every visit the techs gush over our dog. The receptionists are always very helpful and we always get great care from vets and techs.

I have two dogs and have previously gone to a couple other local vets offices and was never quite pleased (could never get an appointment less than 4 months out or even a call back if my dog had an issue, who doesn't love phone tag). I am soooo happy I decided to try Salt Ponds because not only are they responsive, but you can really tell how much everyone cares. Not just the vet, but also the techs. Everyone I've interfaced with has been so kind and polite, even enthusiastic to see my Chihuahua puppy! Which obviously we love. I sincerely appreciated how much Dr Klinker listened to my concerns and answered my questions. I'm really really glad to finally have found an office I'm not anxious to take my pups to.
