PetSmart

I have been coming to PetSmart for a couple of years for my little guy's grooming (Dino). This time on Sept 29, I made an online appointment (like I always do) with KENNEDY. When I arrived to drop Dino off, I was told KELLY is doing the grooming. She is very young & I know she needs to learn, but I didn't like that she never checked his previous visits (chart) of what he & I like...plus she did not do the 'hand check' of his body & ears before bringing him in. When she put the lead around his neck, she literally pulled him & dragged him inside...which made me very nervous for his grooming. She never asked me any questions about anything, so I assumed (wrong!!) that she was going to use all the procedures & products from the previous groom 2 months before. very clean, modern and well stocked! extremely well lit too compared to some of the others where you can't even read the labels. a really nice flagship store 👍

Melanie did 2 of my dog's nails yesterday. My 11 yr old has a hard time with her leg. Melanie went eye level with her paw and trimmed that foot perfectly without causing any stress to my girl. Thank you Melanie!!!! We will see you again next weekend!!!!!! Love Luna & Fred

Thai did a great job with Misty my chocolate lab. The grooming really helps clean her and make her feel and look better. Highly recommend her for your next grooming.
