Pink Poodle Parlor

My pugs have used the Pink Poodle Parlor for YEARS!! Robyn and Anna have taken really good care of both dogs. They are gentle and kind and work hard to see that my dogs were clean and sweet smelling. The amount of fur a pug sheds daily is enormous. they combed out the shed fur and trimmed nails as well as checking the ears because pugs get infections there a lot. The facial kept the nose fold healthy too. During flea season they would let me know if any drowned fleas were found so I could treat the dog and clean the bedding too. They shared the sorrow at the loss of my first pug and rejoiced at the adoption of my current pug....they are devoted to providing the best care of the dogs they groom from pugs to poodles! I give a two thumbs up for this establishment!

While you may get a descent grooming, I just came home livid. Twice, the owner was late. I work, care for a small grandchild and drive 20 minutes to get there. If I can jump through fire hoops to be on time, I expect the groomer (Owner) to be there, not leave me standing around. (Last time, she casually walked in with fast food and made no excuses. grrrr) And if you're seeking out genuinely "Holistic", this isn't. The synthetic fragrance is overwhelming coming through the door. Frustrated and not returning. *It's now 2 hours later and there was no attempt to call and make any excuses or apologies. Just beyond rude.

Great service and excellent owners. They care for you pets as if they were their own. Robin and Anna are truly great and they have special certificates making them top notch dog groomers. I 100% recommend them

I called for a quick nail trim for my small dog and they told me they don't have time to do that. So I said, no problem, I'll try again tomorrow. She proceeded to tell me that they wouldn't have time then either. Thanks?
