Staff was very professional and I was able to get my sick cat in quickly for exam and blood work. Staff and Doctor did follow up with results. Place was clean. Pick up was easy with medication and given to be administered at home. Would recommend.

Our fur baby Sandy rapidly declined in health in under two weeks. I called to make an appointment to get her seen and evaluated for care or potential quality of life issue. The receptionist, Pat, was very kind and able to get us in the next morning. After being checked in and going through the preliminary questions with the tech, the vet came in and did an extensive evaluation on Sandy. The vet then gave us a rundown of all the issues Sandy had. She provided our options for extensive treatment. She also provided us with the end of life option since Sandy was a senior dog. We did not want to put Sandy through an extensive treatment plan due to her already frail condition and for her to continue to be in pain. Today we met a traveling doctor at safe harbor, Dr "A". She was fantastic even when delivering bad news based on xrays with recommendations for my dog. She didn't rush, didn't treat my dog as patient #10528 but talked to her and tried to ease her nervousness.;This was greatly appreciated. She recommended a sedative based on my dogs unwillingness to stay still on her back for the xray. They could have "man handled" my dog but the meds would reduced her stress. If Safe Harbor management was smart they'd hire her, she's the best vet I've been to in many years, highly recommend!! Revision. 3/3/26. Dr A has left and remaining vets are overrtaxed. MY issues are with the staff and being over charged TWICE. The last time was the end. They charged me $80 for an office visit stating price

For 3 years, our Ariel was treated at Safe Harbor for chronic kidney failure. She passed away last October. Presently, we have another puppy, and we had no doubt that we will bring him to them. They are the best, from the vets, nurses, technicians and front desk personnel. They are professional, dedicated and committed. They are caring and compassionate. Cannot say enough about our experience with them. ❤️

Just moved to town and was looking for a primary vet for my 3 dogs. Found this place and love it! So kind and caring. My dog had something going on with here eye and got her in the same day. They love on your pet the whole time. Truly great.
