Pet Supplies Plus Bayshore Gardens

I was so excited to see the store open in my neighborhood. I have been there three times so far and every time I have experienced exceptional customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable, and so welcoming. It is my go to pet store from now on.

I had a great experience at Pet Supplies Plus Bayshore Gardens. The owner, Matthew, was extremely helpful and took the time to make sure everything went smoothly. The staff was pleasant, welcoming, and clearly loves what they do. My two Goldens absolutely loved getting bathed there—they were comfortable, happy, and came out looking (and smelling) great. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this location to other pet owners!

Finally! What a great new location. The fruitville one is too far from where I live and the Parrish location is closer but the parking and area is horrific. I love Pet Supplies Plus for their variety and their prices, so happy this opened up at a much more convenient and pleasant location.

I phoned Pet Supplies Plus this morning to ask a question. The line was busy and they actually called me back! I spoke with Sierra at the store and she was very helpful, cheerful and jprovided outstanding customer service.

Absolutely awesome store! Sooo many supplies to choose from. Being greeted by Adam with a huge smile made me feel welcomed the minute I stepped in the store. I’m looking forward to the arrival of their incoming new pets to look at. Made my pet babies so happy with their new treats. Bradenton is lucky to have such an excellent new store. Ty!
