Kenai gets groomed by VIP. I really like how convenient the grooming process is, flexibility in their scheduling process, and what a great job they’ve done. Since moving to FL, we’ve been using VIP for 6 months now and I do really trust them with my boy. There was a time when Kenai got cut under his arm and I noticed it after the grooming appointment. I contacted them and they offered me a new groomer and a discount for next time. It would have been nice to been notified initially and given an apology but I do really like this company and how they handle the dogs with great care. I understand things happen and thankfully, Kenai is okay. We are looking forward to more grooming sessions for Kenai with VIP as we do really love them and appreciate them taking good, quality care of Kenai. His h

I have used VIP Mobile Dog Grooming several times. They are really great with the pets and customers! Shelby was so patient and kind with my dog today, and did exactly what was requested. My dog has never liked grooming or having her nails clipped, but I think Shelby is winning her heart and might be the reason she actually likes to be groomed from now on!

Charlene is a true cat whisperer. She clipped nails that were growing into paw pads and buzzed my three ex feral cats extremely matted hair. They had never been groomed before so I had no idea how this was going to go. I’m grateful and relieved to have found VIP for my aging felines who at 18 years old are no longer able to groom themselves. Thank you so much ❤️

Best grooming service ever! The convince of having a groomer come to your house is amazing. Charlene does such a wonderful job on Max! The pet report card is so cute aswell.
