Brought in our sick fur baby on a Sunday and we were able to even get a same day appointment. This was our first time visiting. From checkin, to technician, to the doctors, everyone was very kind, knowledgeable, and patient. Even our boy was kept calm. Cost is always a concern but we appreciated being able to be provided several options to consider. Also for being seen same day and on a Sunday, it was great to have the option of paying a regular vet visit price and not urgent care.

The grooming staff is amazing! They truly listen to your needs and preferences and execute perfectly. I highly recommend Safari for grooming, and I’ve heard the other services they offer are just as amazing. Definitely a great place to trust with your pet!

We have been a customer for 20 years and have always received wonderful and caring service. Staff are caring, nice, answer questions and if they don't know or have the answer, they state they will research and get back with me. While I see comments on how expensive they are, put everything in perspective and you will see they are very reasonable. We have the comprehensive dog plan and I love it! $100 a month is a huge piece of mind when it comes to visits, exams, shots, meds, discounts, etc. Thank you Safari!

I took two dogs to get groomed, one Australian Shepherd, and a Yorkie and I specified how I wanted the Yorkie and he doesn’t look like what I wanted him to look like the Aussie looks fine. I paid $630. A Yorkies hair is not even straight not happy at all. Maybe y’all need to get somebody that knows how to cut Yorkies’s hair cause this is the second time it has happened. I also asked for his hair to be cut around his eyes, so it wouldn’t be going in his eyes and I actually had to cut it myself this morning because his right eye had hair going in it.
