The groomer did a awesome job with my long haired cat. Had many hairballs and she did a wonderful job getting them out without her looking all chopped up. Groomed her perfectly. The lady on the phone/door greater was outstanding at what she does. Best mannerism, caring, helpful and informative. Makes you feel very comfortable from the very start. My first time and it won't be the last!

I took both my dogs and I was confused by the monthly and one time use. I opted only for the one time wash. I have a chow-chow and a Shi-tzu. They were not able to wash the chow adequately and suggested I book a grooming session with them. They did not charge me for the large Chow. I really appreciated that and because of their honesty I will return.

My dog hates baths & the pet bars equipment made it a breeze. The bath comes with multiple different shampoos (one tear free for the face) and conditioner. There are towels for use as well as an ear rinse. The tub full closes and they have a ramp on wheels so your pet can walk down. The drying station is right next to the tubs. The table moved up and down with a foot press and is equipt with a leash. There is a blow dryer with 2 speed settings, works perfect! You can also use cologne and brush them out. My dog she’d like crazy and the employees were extremely helpful and didn’t not complain. I appreciated that a lot. The price for self service is $15. I will be going back

My little dogs got out the front door. It had just been painted. They were on Marina Bay Dr. and the employees at the petbar rescued my dogs off the road, posted on Facebook, cleaned them, did there nails, and gave them the full treatment! I am so greatful for there generosity!
