As a helicopter mom I am very particular about who cares for my pets and I without a doubt love and trust Magnolia Creek Animal Hospital. My dogs see Dr. Denney and my kitties see Dr. Henshaw, but I would trust either one regardless of which pets I am bringing in. My malinois can be bit grumpy for vaccines or blood draws, but the staff here worked with my training for him and for his last two appointments we have successfully completed vaccines and blood draws without anxiety meds or a muzzle which is mind blowing. My dogs are always happy to see the girls here and will literally wait, just watching the door for Dr. Denney to come and give them love. I have been going here since they opened and have had nothing but positive experiences every visit. It’s the perfect mix of professionalism and friendliness that you don’t get from most places. I have a high energy dog and they do a fantastic job of keeping it a low stress environment for him. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. From the receptionists in the front to the techs and vets in the back you won’t find a better place to trust your furry friend’s health to.

I am more and more impressed with Magnolia Creek Animal Hospital with every encounter I have. Everything from making appointments, to filling prescriptions, to the extremely positive and professional interactions with staff, and most importantly the clinical expertise and knowledge of the Veterinarians. During my very first visit/encounter the staff went above and beyond from the time I walked in the door until the time I left, and continued that high level of care with extremely convenient follow up text messages regarding results and plan of care. I was able to schedule an appointment for the same day as a new patient online, which was great. I was given the option to upload shot records and such online as well. Once we got there, the wait was very short, the staff was friendly and inviting. The vet and assistants were so sweet with my dog and they made sure he was comfortable at all times. The kept me informed of all things at all times-what shots they were giving, costs, and after care for his ear infection. They even sent a follow-up email checking in on my dog and another for getting him fixed and the breakdown of that.

The opening of this clinic gave me an opportunity to get veterinary care for my senior dog at a clinic much closer to home. The staff (those I’ve met) strike me as competent, efficient, dedicated to their professions, and caring. They take their time to explain and discuss my dog’s health conditions, treatment options and cost, and procedures. They answer all my questions and often provide updates via text messages. Costs are reasonable, and they have no problem prescribing meds available at external pharmacies such as Chewy and HEB, which can help reduce the overall cost of vet care. I highly recommend them. Dr. Denney, who has been caring for my dog, speaks Spanish – something that I’m confident could benefit some people.
