We left our rescue we have had for 5 years with them for 2 weeks for the first time. She has trust issues and is very insecure. I checked in on her from time to time to see how she was doing and they always responded with positive feedback. Nancy and the staff do a wonderful job meeting all expectations. We even received pictures showing her trusting them which made our vacation more enjoyable knowing she was in good hands. I would highly recommend this facility! Thank you for all you do! ❤️

Nancy and her team were wonderful with my anxious pup! I was nervous to leave him for our vacation, but he had a blast thanks to everyone there.

The staff is always very nice to our dog. She has a little separation anxiety but she loves the staff here......and she seems to behave very well for them. We especially like that they have a evening potty break before bedtime.

We have been bringing our dogs here regularly, for about a year and we are very happy with the care they give our dogs while under their care. This kennel accepts dogs of all breeds and sizes, and offers exceptional service. The dogs get lots of playtime, and I have never seen my pups get so excited to see any destination. They love coming here, and they quite literally work together to pull me to the entrance. And once inside, they don't even look back to see if I'm following. My philosophy is usually "whatever makes my puppies happy, makes me happy" and I have to say that Saddleback makes us all very happy.
