Ruff Housing Cary

Amanda Hunt (groomer at Ruff Housing Cary) is the very best. We have a Belgian Shepherd Tervuren which has a LOT OF HAIR AND UNDER COAT. She has taking care of him for over three years. Every visit has been great. The Tervuren loves her and several times has been in with a not good coat. She work through it no complaints and he came out beautiful and loving her. This last time the day before the appointment he injured his right leg and was limping. Anyone but Amanda and I would have canceled. All went well and she even trimmed his toenails. When we picked him up, she brought him out it was obvious he was treated well and he likes her. Amanda is a top level groomer, likes dogs and they like her. I highly recommend her as your dogs goomer!

My dog LOVES daycare here!! The staff is always so friendly and knows who my dog is the second I walk in the door. Every morning Clyde goes he jumps out of the car and sprints to the front door he is so excited to be there! Love Ruff Housing!!

SO pleased with the full experience of my little man Raleigh's first day here! As a self-identified helicopter paw-rent, I make sure that his comfort is a priority. The employees made the process of registering so smooth and let me know exactly what times would be available to see him, so there was no guesswork needed. I thought that it was really sweet how as soon as we came in the door for our appointment, the staff up front immediately knew him by name and were so excited to meet him. He does have separation anxiety, but I was impressed with how excited he was to run into the building and went off with the employee with barely a glance over his shoulder at me! I love Ruff Housing! The staff is incredibly caring and they treat every dog like their own. My dog has a little bit of separation anxiety, so it always makes me happy getting pictures like this…clearly living his best life. I highly recommend Ruff Housing to any pet parent looking for a trustworthy and fun daycare for their 4-legged bestie!

I have boarded my dog here several times and have had great experiences! The team is incredibly helpful anytime I call, they are wonderful with my dog, and I love that they have a separate waiting space so there aren't multiple dogs in the lobby. My dog can be reactive towards other dogs, so it's incredibly refreshing. A special note: don't try to book online - just call them directly! I've had it happen before where I booked online and then called a week or so later to confirm if they received the reservation, and they hadn't, so I make it a point to call the office whenever I need to book.
