I cannot say enough great things about Ruff Cuts. From the moment I made the appointment, I felt completely at ease. Even over the phone, the receptionist Brittany gave off the warmest, kindest vibe. She was incredibly accommodating, so sweet, and even managed to squeeze Teddy in the day before I took him. When we arrived, I explained that Teddy can get very anxious during grooming—he’s been known to get a little spicy and even aggressive at times—and this has made grooming a challenge at other places. The moment Celine, the groomer, came into the lobby and greeted us, I knew he was in the right hands. She was genuinely loving, gentle, and clearly passionate about animals and what she does. I'm from VA and am visiting my daughter and grandchildren this week. I wasn't sure if I could find a groomer on such short notice. Ruff Cuts called to let me know there had been a cancellation, so I jumped on the chance. The owner, Liz, couldn't have been nicer! She was very down-to-earth and understanding. My puppy, Leo was a wiggly bundle of happiness as I left. Puppies know... Rebecca was so good with him, as he is “still learning the ropes” of grooming. And now, he is so handsome! Great experience!! Next time I'm in town, I will definitely look up this Salon!!

We have been taking our dog to Ruff Cuts for many years now, but somehow I never got around to leaving a review. We really cannot recommend them enough! They treat our dog so kindly and she always comes back looking her best. They provide such a great service and I recommend them to as many people as I can. We are so thankful to have fantastic groomers local, and look forward to many more visits for our dog!

I've been taking my dogs to Ruff Cuts for over a decade and they always do a great job. I am allergic to fragrances, so they bathe my dogs with hypoallergenic shampoo. They come home clean, fluffy, and fragrance-free. My Siberian Husky especially loves everyone there and always prances happily back when I take him in. I've also very much appreciated how on several occasions they have squeezed one of my dogs in on short notice when he urgently needed to be bathed. What makes me especially happy is that they know my dogs well and always greet them (and me) as friends.

My 12 yr old Labradoodle just had his second grooming here today. He was happy and looked great when we picked him up. Owner really likes him and he wasn't anxious when I got him like he used to be sometimes with our prior groomer. He looks and smells great and the price is reasonable. He found his new home for grooming.
