Dr. Baffi and the staff are kind people. I had recently brought in my pet who has been very sick. Dr. Baffi was very gentle with him and I liked her bedside manner. 😊 In return, he was very friendly and engaging with her. ❤️ I have read other reviews where people have commented on the facility being pricey. While I have not had a lot of services done outside of blood work being drawn, the only thing I found pricey was the wellness exam ($117). The two times I have been there I liked how calm and quiet the facility is. It creates less stress on the animals and for worried pet parents. Everyone there has a compassionate heart, and seem to really enjoy what they do. 🤗

I’ve been a lifelong client at East Fishkill Animal Hospital from my childhood pets to my current dog as an adult, and Dr. Baffi is truly the vet every pet parent hopes to find. My dog is a big guy and VERY vocal about his feelings at the vet, but she always treats him with compassion and never like he’s some “scary” or aggressive dog. When he suddenly got sick, she fit him in for a same day ultrasound, and that quick action absolutely saved his life. She’s truly one of the best.

Excellent, caring and loving service provided. The doctor easily and thoughtfully shared information about what was going on with my dog and I felt she was getting the best care possible. I would bring her hair again.

I’ve brought my two dogs there for a few years. They are extremely pricey. My dog had a tumor that was growing and they gave me a price of like $5000 to operate but with no cure. After the tumor grew so large that it was leaking we asked if we could just have the large part of it removed and they gave us a price of 3500. The day we dropped our dog off for surgery we heard nothing for hours and hours. Finally we heard we can pick our dog up at around 7:30 PM. The price was $5000. They said it was more involved. We were told that our dog would Now have more time with us. It’s two months later, and my dog’s tumor grew exponentially. She became ill, which she wasn’t before. My husband brought her in and unfortunately she had to be put down. They then charged us $600 to put her down. Honestly,

I had been going to Dr. LaVacca and Dr. Knapp for years. They were the most compassionate and loving vets that I had ever been to. My dog Lola was so well taken care of by them. But as I understand it, they were bought by a corporation. The new owners, vets and vet techs are not compassionate and truly didn’t care about Lola the way Dr. LaVacca and Dr. Knapp cared for her. Long story short, I had to make an emergency appointment because Lola had an ear infection. Lola has always had ear infections but they couldn’t get me in on the regular schedule a month prior, so I had to make an emergency visit. They put a medication in her ears and sent her back out to me with the medication dripping down the sides of her face. I asked them if they could clean her up a bit but they REFUSED. So I asked
