I had an amazing experience at Rose Creek Animal Clinic and can’t recommend them enough. The entire staff was incredibly professional, friendly, and gentle with my cat. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and truly showed care and compassion throughout the visit. My cat was nervous, but they handled her so calmly and kindly, which made a huge difference. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience previously at Mountain West Clinic, which is what led me to reach out to Rose Creek — and I’m so glad I did. Dr. Lee and his team were so great to work with! It’s never easy seeing your puppy in pain, but they made the whole experience feel much more comfortable. They got my Peaches in quickly, spayed her, and kept a close eye on her throughout the day to make sure she was doing well. They sent her home in the cutest little recovery shirt to keep her from licking her incision—I definitely recommend getting it! It’s adorable and so much better than the cone. I also really appreciated that they reached out the next day to check on her. That meant a lot to me as a worried dog mom. You can truly tell they care about the animals and the families they help, and to me that is enough to keep me coming to them. This was my first time trying a new clinic with my new guy Binx and my Best Bud Bud Woody! The Clinic is spotless clean, they answer and respond so quickly, beyond warm and welcoming. We first attended for shots. The bedside manner was wonderful and our dog can be guarded, but he wasn’t at all with them. Three days later Binx went to get Neutered Doctor Dr. Lee listened to me and my choices and didn’t push me into extra services or things I chose to decline. Which I highly respected!! We recently visited this new veterinary clinic for our Shiba Inu puppy’s vaccinations, and we were very impressed! The staff and doctor were incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. They handled our puppy with great care and made the whole experience smooth and positive. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and welcoming. Our puppy loved them, and so did we! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great vet team.

We started using Rose Creek when we adopted a new dog. Truthfully in the beginning it was for convenience because they're close to our house. It has turned into a fantastic decision! Their office is very clean and nicely decorated. The staff is so nice and knowledgeable. On our first appointment, a wellness exam, they asked us if I had any concerns or questions. The tech documented everything and then provided that to the doctor on a sheet which he then went over with us, not leaving anything out. Then after the appointment I got a thorough email with everything we went over which was so nice because sometimes it is hard to remember everything that is discussed.
