PLEASE read THIS review! Yesterday, I brought my puppy in for her first set of puppy shots and signed up for their puppy plan. Immediately after her shots, my pup collapsed and her gums became pale white. It was a terrifying experience HOWEVER, Dr Hewitt and her nurse Al immediately handled the situation and put my girl on oxygen, and updated me every 2 minutes! After she stabilized, we saw her face started swelling so they took her back AGAIN and gave her a steroid and antihistamine. This RARELY ever happens. This was NOT due to anything this crew did. Dr H didn’t charge me for any of the extra work she did and even kept my pup an hour and a half after hours with me to ensure everything was fine. My girl came home perfectly back to normal all thanks to the care and quick response of this

My sister had to take my husky in on a Sunday and I was super nervous being out of town but they took such great care of our pup and for an emergency vet I thought the pricing was super fair. I was pleasantly surprised! They were also great about allowing me to pay over the phone and giving me updates. Highly reccomend!

Staff was kind, the doctor was straightforward and gentle, everything you want in a vet. Obviously you hope to never have to get your pet checked out in an emergency, but I’d feel perfectly comfortable coming here again. Easy five stars for me.

The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable as we faced some very difficult decisions regarding a diagnosis we received. They took the time to explain everything clearly and treated us with so much compassion. They were also very understanding while we waited for other family members to arrive, never rushing us during such an emotional time. We are so grateful for their care and support.

Absolutely recommend! From my initial call, to the check in for the appointment, to the visit, I can’t say enough! The vet assistant was caring, thorough and very helpful prior to Dr.V coming in and all the way through checking out.I can’t thank Dr. V enough for being so thorough and his ability to explain what was happening made things so much easier to think through the plan. The facility is new but from the waiting room, to xray, to the exam room they have the equipment and personnel to make the visit the best it can be. Thank you Dr. V and team! :)
