Rosalee's Dog House

DO NOT GO HERE! We trusted the reviews and were horribly let down! Brought both our dogs here, being new house owners in Franklin. Dropped them off at noon and they weren’t done until 6:30. Not to mention they both came out looking like this! $50 each, 6.5 hour wait and my older dog (who has skin tags which we reminded her about numerous times) came home bleeding from multiple spots! What a disgrace and scam! And the place is a filthy dump!!!

Been using Kathy for over 20 or so years. She's wonderful with my dogs. Never a cut or anything on them. Does awesome job at grooming period. She was actually partially trained by Rosalee years ago. You couldn't find a more caring groomer or person. The place isn't the fanciest but she makes up for it in every way. Give her a chance you won't be sorry.

I've been taking my dogs to Rosalee's for 35 years. I previously had 3 dogs that I took in at the same time and Kathy got them in and out in just a couple hours usually. Rosalees has always been the best, and most reasonably priced of any shop around. I now only have one little 10 year old gal left who has known no other groomer but Kathy...

I have a little toy poodle named Jade she is elderly and has only been to one groomer all her days. Unfortunately for me the woman that was doing her has retired and I was very worried about where I could take her and leave her without me being afraid of what was going to happen to her while I wasn't there. But when I walked into the door and I handed her my baby dog I felt no worries that she was safe and sound her granddaughter is the sweetest thing I can see where she gets it from. When I went back to get her she was beautiful smell good and was very happy so I was very glad to know I had somewhere to take my little girl again. I wouldn't hesitate one but to let my puppy or any of my animals go to her

I've been taking my Shih Tzu's to Rosalee's for over 20 years. My puppies aren't good with new people, & they're afraid of other dogs. Kathy is so loving with them, they just cuddle up around her. Unfortunately she's had some health problems, & needed time off. During those times she's had some real characters to fill in, and I wrote Rosalee to let her know what was going on. I can assure you, Kathy is the sweetest most loving person & I wouldn't think of taking my babies anywhere else..
