Golden Post Kennel

Cheaper than any other kennel I've found. Apparently family owned & operated. Took good care of my 2 dogs during my 10 day trip. Will definitely use them again if needed.

This is a wonderful place for dogs to spend the day or board overnight. The kennel is located in a beautiful rural area with lots of greenery. The dogs enjoy indoor/outdoor areas with the option of having play times. The owner, Vicki (who is a certified dog trainer), truly cares about the well-being of each pet that stays at the facility. Not only that, but as a past employee, I can say that she truly cares about each and every one of her employees as well. I have learned a tremendous amount from Vicki, and like many others, continue to reach out to her for advice. I highly recommend Golden Post Kennel because they are knowledgeable, professional and caring. ~ In the picture my dog, Garm, is playing with friends at Golden Post during his play time.

This is the least expensive kennel in the area. They took care of our cat while we were on a two week vacation. Highly recommended!

Have been taking our dogs to Golden Post since late 90's and have always been extremely satisfied. We now live in Evansville and drive over two hours there and back to take our dogs just to have peace of mind while on vacation. This time our dogs came back to us after one week smelling and looking fantastic. Not a speck of dirt or odor. Vicki and great staff took the best care of our dogs and it is much appreciated. Worth the extra drive. Rates are the best also. It must be good to know that customers will bypass all others to come to your facility. You should all be proud of the good work you do!

I would highly recommend Golden Post for any boarding or daycare needs! My two dogs have been going to Golden Post on a weekly basis, for daycare, the past 3 years. The staff is very attentive and I feel good knowing that I am leaving my two pups in the hands of people who care about them as much as I do! Same goes for the times I have to board them too! I appreciate all that they do to care for my pups.
