I cannot say enough great things about this vet. I’ve been to plenty of vets in Franklin and the surrounding areas, and briarcrest beats all of them by far! They are extremely welcoming and personable immediately after meeting you. You truly feel important to them which is something I’ve never experienced to this level as a pet owner. On top of the great customer service, their prices are phenomenal and everyone in the office is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. If you are looking for a vet where they truly care about you and your animal this is the place!! 5 stars all around. Thank you all for your care today

Absolutely love this Vet and his associates. They are so kind and gentle with my dog and go above and beyond for service. I came in to get shots, left and realized I had one more shot I needed to get, I called back. They got me right back in so I can get it done and over with. I appreciate them so much.

I’ve been taking my pets to Dr. Brichler since moving here in 1998. He’s been great with all my animals! Before I found him I tried 3 other vets but he’s the best and his staff at amazing as well!

This is a wonderful animal clinic, offering exceptional care for our fur babies. We've been clients of Dr. Brichlar's for 20+ years now. He's up to date on new treatments and procedures. And he and his staff have always treated us and our pets like family. So grateful for all the years of care we've received.

My family have been loyal customers for over 10 years. Apparently that doesn’t mean much to the staff here at Briarcrest. Overheard a conversation the receptionist was having, patient wanted to be seen same day, she explained they are booked for the day and could see their pet the next day at 1:45. I’m assuming the customer told them their “puppy wouldn’t stop vomiting” after saying puppy the receptionist then says how fast can you be here and then proceeded to tell them to go ahead and come in. I find this disturbing because where was this compassion in February when we called and tried to get our fur baby in? No appointments they said for 2 weeks, we were forced to go to Noah’s Emergency vet where we ended up having to put our baby down. Noah’s was kind and empathetic through the process
