Not only are they never open, rarely there, answer the door, answer the phone, call you back, or even let you know if your application was approved, but I can't actually tell if this is actually an animal adoption agency. I am not sure what they actually do. I'll be calling the state to inquire on their status and what service they allegedly provide.

The women i spoke to today (sorry about name) was very kind.

We adopted Sammy and couldn't be happier! Sammy was healthy and happy and a little scared to come with us to his forever home but he rules our house now.

They only adopt if you are a home owner, apparently. Don't bother going through the time and annoyance of their lengthy application if you aren't a homeowner.

Good screening application processes. They care about who adopts.
