My cat had been neglected pretty badly from their previous owner. The first time I tried to take her to the groomers where I used to live, they told me she was horrible and she wouldn’t let them touch her. I relocated to Citrus in March and made it my goal to get her taken care of asap. I called Panache Paw and the phone call I had with these women let me know it was the right place to take her. Just by how calming their voices are, they listened to my situation and explained the different things they could do for her. They really care about animals and that is very rare nowadays. I set up the appointment, I was greeted with a smile and she held my cat for a little while before she started to make her comfortable. Wow, this place is incredible. Kinda hard to find. We should have better signage out front, but that could just be a result of my age. they have six grooming stations and a beautiful dog wash station 07 grooming stations wow it’s really nice in here And the staff is very kind and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Five stars aren’t enough! These are hands-down the best groomers around—especially when it comes to nail trims. My pups usually hate getting their nails done, but somehow they make it quick, stress-free, and perfect every single time. You can tell they truly care about the animals and know exactly what they’re doing. They are miracle workers! Just adopted a poodle that has been kinda neglected…patchy/uneven shaved hair with random tufts on his torso. Matted ear hair. Scraggly hair on feet/face. The groomers were so nice and took care of all of that. He looks (and I think he feels) so much better. Thank you for your kind and professional work!

Always great with my 125 pound baby. Takes two of them to do my boys nails. They handle it well all the time. Great place
