I brought my dog in with an emergency. My dog had gotten into a fight and there was blood everywhere. This clinic took us right in. The Dr.came out and explained exactly what they needed to do and how much it would cost. They sutured my dogs jugular and stapled the wound. Sent us home with medicine. My dog is happy and good as new. I just went back to have the staples removed. These people were so caring and diligent. We were in and out in no time. Highly Highly recommend this clinic.

I took my cat on Wednesday, February 4th, to be neutered. They recommended that he wear a cone so he would not be able to get to the area that was neutered. I put it on him and noticed last night, Thursday, that he was able to get to the surgical area. I realized the size they gave me was for a kitten. On the invoice, it says any size. I called this morning at 8am and asked if I could get refunded the $18 for the cone. They said if I had called sooner, they would be able to refund the money. It was after hours and that's why I called as soon as they were open this morning. This is not right! It's been 2 days!

In the last month we have had to call Rodgers emergency services twice… each time they have answered immediately and given us amazing advice. One call the vet texted me the entire time we were on the way to Blue Pearl, discussed options that Blue Pearl gave us, and offered to meet me first thing in the morning so we didn’t spend thousands of dollars that we did not have. I cannot say enough about this place. These are the type of people that should be caring for your pets… ones that truly love animals and want the best for them!

I cannot say enough about this staff! I called same day, and they sent a wonderful Vet and Tech to our home to euthanize our 20-year old cat, who was at end of life. Everyone we dealt with was professional, empathetic and extremely competent. It's the best Vet experience I've had in a very long time. Thank you all so much.

Last weekend we had to make an emergency visit to Rodgers that ultimately led to a humane euthanasia situation for my senior pup. Dr. Scott was amazing. From the time I called the office, until the time we went back home without our boy, she was calm, empathetic, and informative. She walked us through everything, step-by-step, and made one of the worst days just a tiny bit easier. While we are still healing from the loss, I couldn’t have expected better service. Thank you.
