I’m always happy here. I have two large dogs and they are doodles so they need more grooming than medical care but I can do it all here. I love that I can drop them off and pick them up all clean and cared for. They are both always excited to be there too which gives me peace of mind.

From the front desk staff to the techs and doctors, everyone is so compassionate, empathetic, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Their kindness and professionalism make every visit such a positive experience. I couldn’t ask for a better place to care for my pets!

Speed, as an olde man of 13, still looks active and happy when Jessica grooms him. Speeds comes home fluffy and looking like the Bichon Frise he is! and 7 weeks later and another grooming and he seems to look even younger and is more peppy !

This Hospital used to have quality Vets and Techs but as of late, the entire staff has been absolutely disappointing. I can understand turnover now with the way they handle business. They refuse to fill preventive medications before the prescription even expired with no notice so I have no way to give my pet her necessary medication on time. They are a cash grab and a sorry excuse for one at that. Boarding is just as negligent, as I have picked my dog up with raw paw pads, limping in pain. While the boarding employees had no clue as they do not actually pay any attention to your animals.

Our dogs have loved rocky creek since the early 2000s and they get excited to go to day camp and boarding. Day camp wears them out and they make so many friends with their same age and energy level! Once, our boy wasn't eating in boarding so a staff member hung out with him in their office so that he would eat. That's so sweet of them and is above what other places would probably do. The vet staff have also been exceptional when we lost our older dogs and are very helpful with our new puppies too. Not having your dog be afraid of the vet is amazing honestly!
