We’ve been taking Teddy to Jackie since 2020, and we truly couldn’t ask for a better groomer. Teddy hates water and is not a fan of the blow dryer, but he absolutely loves Jackie. He is always excited to see her. Jackie is incredibly patient and always honest about how the appointment went, whether our grumpy old man gave her his best behavior or his sassiest self. I really appreciate the transparency and the care she puts into making sure he’s comfortable. We see Jackie every 8 weeks, and I’m so grateful to have my little guy in such good hands. He always comes home looking fresh, fluffy, and (in this case) “wedding-ready,” as you can see from his photos! Highly recommend Jackie to anyone looking for a groomer who truly cares.

Jackie at ROC the Dog Spaw is truly AMAZING. She’s been handling dogs for over 10+ years, and it really shows—her experience, patience, and skill are unmatched. She has multiple certifications (including specialized training for senior dogs), which gives me so much peace of mind. She is incredible with our Finley, a 17-lb Pomchi, and always treats him with so much care and love. Jackie can do it all—from gentle, stress-free grooms to fun, creative cuts and colors. Fin’s red, white, and blue mohawk for the 4th of July last year was ICONIC 🤍❤️💙. I genuinely wouldn’t let anyone else touch my dog. If you’re looking for someone who truly knows dogs and treats them like family, Jackie is it.

Jackie is an absolute MASTER of her craft. A legend in the dog grooming community - truly the kindest, caring, most patient groomer in the city . She can put anyone at ease and does exceptional work.

Jackie is fantastic! Our 7.5 year old schnauzer had never been to a groomer because we've done it ourselves, so this was his first time. He was kinda matted when I brought him to Jackie and I fully expected she'd need to shave him. But she didn't and now he's the best looking he's ever been! Thanks Jackie, it's obvious you do the best you can, every day, and I appreciate it very much. Update 2/2/26: I went back again and Jackie again did a great job on Leo! PLUS... new location is great and a ton of parking! Thanks again Jackie!

Jackie is the absolute BEST!! My 15 year old shih tzu will only let Jackie groom her and she does an incredible job every time! Highly recommend if you're looking for a new groomer!!
