They have no consideration for senior dogs and their well being. If you have any emergency with your pet FORGET ABOUT IT. Then when they get you there, they make you wait forever and a day with that senior dog. This will be the last time we ever come here and we have been coming here for a long time. My mom brought her senior dog here to put him down and they made her feel bad and guilted her into getting an ultrasound that costed $1500 before letting her put her sick and dying dog down. No compassion and so MONEY HUNGRY. I can't wait to never come here again!!!! Response to owner: Elizabeth Owen is the real problem here. She is rude and judgmental. She demanded we bring out dying dog in so she could look at her privates, when I knew she had a UTI. I've never been more mad. The girl there

Well to be honest with you, I was told to go there or refer there by someone. I had previously had to do this at another place with a different cat. This place couldn't have cared less! That's pretty much how I felt and then the fee was outrageous! I have to be fair and that's exactly how I felt. I wish I had just gone to the other place.

I have an energetic and mischievous puppy who makes me take her to Riverside Clinic almost every month to check on something. Everyone has always been very attentive and extremely professional in caring for my precious baby. Especially Dr. Victoria Le, for me she is the best.

We love Riverside Vet! Our pup Quincy has been going to riverside for 6 years even when we moved an hour away we continue to make the drive for the amazing compassionate care our fur baby gets at riverside!! I recently took him to an urgent care as I didn’t want to make the drive and I thought would be a cheap and quick visit it was not cost me almost $600 and they had me thinking something was really wrong with our pup. For follow up after he finished the meds provided by urgent care I made an appointment with Riverside as always amazing experience Quincy has chronic ear infections like we thought and he is totally fine and thriving for his age and the visit only cost me $100. We will only be bringing our pup to Riverside !!! Thank you Riverside for taking such good care of our boy🐾
