Paw Zazz Salon🐾 Daycare

I was extremely disappointed with the grooming service for my Yorkie. Not only was I charged $95, but the groomer only cut the hair on one of my dog’s legs and did nothing to the other three. She also only trimmed the back nails and completely ignored the front. On top of that, she left the goo around my dog’s eyes without cleaning it off at all. My dog ended up looking terrible and definitely not worth the money. I can’t recommend this place based on this experience.

Our dog Jane went for daycare and grooming recently and they were so sweet! They wrote a long note telling us about her day, and sent texts to update us throughout the day. Her groom looks great and we are so happy with the experience!

Horrible experience. They cut off so much hair without first consulting the owners. Fluffy looks completely different from how she came in. The pic on the right is how she looked like before. The pic on the left is her appearance now. On top of the lack of communication, her fur is grossly and unevenly cut. It was not worth the price and rest assured we will not go again.

Last week I bought my senior dog Fred and his new little brother Barney to get groomed. Both were so nervous when we arrived. When the groomer came out to get my dogs they were so nervous they didn’t want to go in. The groomer said once I left they would be fine. I went outside and peeked in the window and I saw not one but two groomers sitting on the floor with my dogs petting them and talking to them. After a few mins they got up and my dogs went with them! I left feeling happy and relieved. When I went to pick them up they looked great, smelt great and I could tell how happy and comfortable they were. I will definitely be going back! Thank you Pawzazz!!! What a great experience!!

Just wanted to congratulate Pawzazz on being number one in Haverhill again! You all deserve it. You have a great place, great prices and your staff is always friendly! No matter who grooms Buster, he always comes home smelling great and looking his best. Congratulations Martha, Katie and Justin you all deserve it!
