My family and I wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks to Dr Nickless and the entire team for the exceptional care you provided for our dog Tayla throughout her life, and especially in her final moments. Your compassion, patience, and gentle approach brought comfort during a very difficult time. Saying goodbye was incredibly hard, but having been surrounded by such caring, dedicated and wonderful people made all the difference. Thank you for treating Tayla with dignity, kindness, and love. I will always be grateful for the support you gave us.

I want to thank from the bottom of my heart Dr. M (Mattera? I'm not quite sure I'm remembering right) and the assistant/tech who helped my beloved girl in her final moments yesterday. I was blown away by their compassion, understanding, and ability to clearly educate me on all our options while sitting in the vet office. I was an absolute mess in their office but thanks to them my girl didn't have to suffer and for that and their kindness I truly couldn't be more greatful. Its crazy to say because its a very sad situation no one wants to find themselves in but I'm not sure I've ever had a better experience as far as working with a vet. The vet tech and Dr Materra were great, kind, knowledgeable, treated Alley Cat so sweetly. Cost was way more than I thought for an annual check up, one vaccine, fecal and blood panel. I think I picked the wrong career being a mammalogist!! Lol. Seriously, it's all good though. Have Heart has been good to me and my previous little cat, Teenie. 😊♥️🐈

Have a Heart is one of the most caring animal hospitals who love and care for the animals, not just about the money. I trust them with my pet care whole heartedly. They work with you no matter what the circumstance is and that is true customer service and true love for the pets they see. They care enough to check up on your pet even after they leave your care and ensure that they schedule a follow up visit to make sure they are doing everything they can.

When I first started bringing my fur babies in I was so apprehensive on changing vets. Since the cost was less than my old vet I decided to go for it. Boy am I glad I did. Dr. Mattera constantly gives great care and was able to diagnose arthritis on one of my cats that had been ongoing…for YEARS that my old vet missed. Both her and Dr. Nickless give my dog the best care and the team is always excited when he walks in the door. Thank you all for everything and treating my babies like they were your own!
