Will not be going back here. Just needed to get an update on vaccinations and the receptionist was very rude over the phone first off when I called and said we would be late due to a traffic jam. Then when my husband arrived ten minutes after our set appointment he said when he walked in she just gave him the ugliest look and continued just being absolutely rude . Yes we were late but I also called to inform them we would be late because of something we just could not help. I have no review of the doctor because unfortunately we just did not get to see her because my husband walked out due to this lady behind the desk. Riverside Animal hospital is the best veterinary hospital in this area. My little chihuahua was very sick. Almost to the point of passing away and Dr. Shurling basically saved my little dog. She was diabetic and had a terrible UTI. They kept her a few days. When I dropped her off she was very lethargic and skinny. When I picked her up, she was a little ball of energy, much like a puppy. Dr Shurling performed patella tendon surgery on Bella when she was younger and she has never had any issues. I am just glad we have someone like Dr. Shurling in this area. Thank you for all the the time you took with Bella and me, too. She taught me how to give Bella her injections. And it is old hat for Bella now. She just had her 12th birthday thanks to her doctor.

First time here. They took good care of my lil Ginger. The staff was kind, courteous, professional and didnt break the bank. She just got her nails trimmed, but I think we found her new place!

I visited a few weeks ago and overall it was an okay experience. I probably won't visit again because the staff was not the friendliest. Other vets office I've visited you could tell they genuinely loved animals and they were happy to help. The vibes were just kinda off. But my dog did get better after taking the prescribed antibiotics. Overall it was meh. My dog is better, but if you want to feel good about the staff and care being provided I wouldn't choose this place.

I love this animal hospital! Their prices are affordable. They care for my fur babies with so much love. They really listened to my concerns and helped me understand what's going on with my furbabies. Overall, I recommend taking your pet to this hospital! You won't be disappointed!
