Wagsworth Hotel

My little Jack Russell mix is a LOT, and Terri at Wagsworth takes great care of her. My dog always comes home happy, and I'm grateful for the great care. Wagsworth is also extremely convenient for folks living in the downtown/in town areas of Macon (not to mention Vineville, Ingleside, etc.).

Absolutely The Best! My fur baby is in love with Wagsworth! Adores the ever-cool concrete floors 'cause she's extra-furry. My girl is special as a rescue who was abandoned locked in a crate, Wagsworth is always sensitive to her moods or fears. Not every boarding facility is that conscientious and accommodating. We've used Wagsworth Hotel for over 4 years. And always a 10/10 on cleanliness.

I left my dog there for 4 days. Never allowed the option to see the cleanliness of the kennel. My dog came back with a rash over her body that caused me to take her to the veterinary to be put on medication. I was not really happy about he situation. My dog didn’t seem the same and the itching became severe. I would suggest before placing your pet there, to have a walk through beforehand. When I came for my pet the woman went downstairs to retrieve her in which I didn’t know ever existed. I have had my pet for over 5 years and I have never had this experience before. I have left her in Petsmart for over two weeks and she was well taken care of without any issues. The woman seemed sweet but that don’t make what glitters gold.

Always a good experience with Wagsworth! The owner, Terri, is very professional, goes over all the details and has forms for each client that lists all policies clearly. She took great care of my tiny rescue chihuahuas, who are normally scared to board. Terri is gentle and understanding and kept us updated on our furry friends. So glad to have a trusted pet hotel for when we travel!
