I love this store! The owner is so kind, (everyone there has been grea!). There’s always a relevant coupon (or 3) that saves a significant amount off the total or one large item. I appreciate the variety of raw food options, especially for cats. The vet clinics they host periodically have been a life saver after rescuing two barely weaned kittens. It’s truly like a neighborhood store. It IS a neighborhood store, and I can’t recommend them more highly. They even have 4 parking spots right in front for pick up orders and only customers of the store. If they’re out of something they’ll order it and contact you as soon as it comes in.

Staff is always friendly, courteous and helpful. If I can't find what I'm looking for there, they'll even suggest other places that might or definitely do have it. Great selection, great location, great employees.

Horrible experience! I called prior to going to the store to ask if they took returns of opened food since it made my puppy sick. I spoke with an employee and they advised that they did. I drove over 40 miles and was advised when I got there that they don’t which is contradictory to what I was told. If I knew this I wouldn’t have wasted my time and gas! They definitely need to train their employees on the return policy. Their website also says returns are accepted if within the 30 day timeframe.

almost every tank had ich, please know what you’re buying before taking out your tank with new sick fish! some of the tetras didn’t even have tails it’d gotten so bad. and they had fish in tanks that’s can’t go together, tails and top fins completely gone due to nipping. so sad to see i wish people knew what they were doing!

The associate was very helpful. We went through a very hard hit area from Helena and had to drive 2 hours to get power for oxygen. My dog was very upset and nervous. I asked her what she thought would be a good dog Chewy and what she picked. My dog loved it, and she calmed right down!!
