River Valley Veterinary Service

My baby Theo was having tummy problems and my regular vet couldn't see him. I called River Valley because I had positive contact with a couple of employees where I work so I gave them a call. They got me in right away, were kind and through, and I felt very comfortable with Dr. Joel I think his name was. Pretty sure this is my new vet. :-)

Fantastic operation!! The very first time we boarded three purebred cats so we were very nervous parents. We got a daily email with good feedback and comforting word of assurance. Highly recommend and have already scheduled our next appointments.

Our pets have been patients of River Valley Veterinary Service for the last 5 years. Recently, one of our dogs had a seizure. I called and they got us right in. The vet and staff were all amazing - calm, clear, helpful in next steps, and both an assistant and the vet called the next day to check in on her. Grateful to have a small-town vet experience in a larger city.

Highly recommend RVVS for all services including veterinary, grooming and boarding! Staff is very friendly, they care about your pet, atmosphere is a nice, clean place. And during boarding, they give you access to a live video feed during both play and rest times, so fun!

Everyone from the front desk staff, to the techs, to the vets are all so friendly and kind! You can tell they all love their jobs. They were so helpful for our dog and worked around his anxieties and quirks!
