Paws & Pals Pet Resort

I brought in my 3 dogs for the first time a few weeks ago for nail trims which is not and easy task! The grooming team was so amazing with them that I brought them back for full grooming appointments. I am so IMPRESSED with how they treated our nervous dogs and even more impressed with how their grooming turned out! They all look so beautiful ♥️ We will be back regularly! Thank you all for being so kind and open to our nervous dogs!

Our small dog does not spend a lot of time around other dogs and the staff at Paws and Pals always work hard to make him feel comfortable. When he is there I know he is well cared for and safe. Highly recommend.

Kelsey has all of her clients dropped off at 7:45AM and coordinates grooming between then and 4PM. This means multiple dogs sitting in kennels for hours. My dog has arthritis so we had to pick him up earlier because she said he stopped cooperating with the grooming. I guess being left in the kennel most of the day would do that to my arthritis too. The facility knew that because they have us fill out paperwork and over the phone on-boarding before you set up an appointment. We weren't previously informed about the bulk grooming situation, we thought our dog was going in early so he would have plenty of time for his services to be completed with efficiency. The receptionist told us $93 for the unfinished groom. I was glad to reschedule except when I got him they charged me beyond full price

The staff here is always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They obviously love dogs! We particularly like the daily routine; the dogs go in and out on a schedule similar to home.

Can't say enough about here! My dog loves it here. I'm unable to take him for walks so this is a great alternative. It helps him become socialized with other people and pets. Much better than him staying home and sleeping all day. When he comes home, he eats like a hockey player and is sound asleep by 730. The employees here, love the fur babies! They are also well trained. Love, love, love it here!
