Dr. Fox and her staff have been caring for our pets for almost 20 years. Dr. Fox is amazing and every single member of the staff, from vet techs to reception, are kind, caring, and helpful. We stayed with them even after moving quite a bit further away because we know our pets are in the very best hands. Wish I could give 10 stars!

I changed from another veterinary hospital in the area to River Ridge. I am so happy with the service and care my dog receives. I have been in customer service my whole life and I am always treated so nice when I walk in. Dr. Fox is very knowledgeable and very caring and I can't say enough good things about her. There are very few words that truly define how great Dr. Fox and her staff have provided care for our past and present pets. Exemplary is the first one that comes to mind. Everyone there has been very knowledgeable, kind and caring over the several years that we have been there. Dr. Fox explains everything so well to us. Diana is always a pleasure to talk to in person or on the phone. Rusty is very patient and kind. Candice is one of those people in life that is truly a blessing to know. Dr. Fox and her team are top tier. They gave me anxious, scared boy the most love and best care possible. They loved on me too! My dog had a tumor growing in his mouth and had not seen a vet in several years. They were patient and kind, and not judgemental. They just jumped in, got him caught up on his vaccine and did the surgery for us a week later. We will recommend family and friends to them every single time.

Dr. Fox is the best in Forsyth County!! So thorough and explains everything so we can understand. We've been to a lot of vets but will never go anywhere else after finding her at least 15 years ago!!!
