Five beautiful stars, the staff is super friendly. As a tank-aholic I've never had one bad fish out of the dozens ive ordered. Sarah has went above and beyond for me and helped me special order a fish. Couldn't be happier, and can't recommend it enough!

Came here today after some bad experiences with Petsmart's fish quality (neurological issues in a school of neon tetra), and wasn't initially planning on buying today. Maria was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us with picking out specific fish to help balance our male-heavy tank, explained some of their processes, and even pointed out how to identify shrimp that have parasites so we don't end up bringing home any. (The boys were so excited to see the bag) My friends and I will definitely be trusting this location with fish with her here to help!

First of all on 2/28/26 the attendant at the fish department was rude but my grandson wanted fish therefore I spent $73 on fish for my tank, they said I had 7 days if they died to bring back, a week later I went with 2 dead pink kissing gouramis and they claim it’s the water, how convenient for them, my water test great at home and all my other fish are ok, pls do not shop at this store, they are rude from front to the back staff, and no warranty for your fish

I love going to this store. Everyone is so kind and helpful. I am in there a few times a week buying fish food to guppies. They are the bust. I don’t go anywhere else. The store is always so clean and taken care of. Keep up the great work.
