First time cat owner. First time putting the cat in the carrier. She peed in the carrier and they were ready for me. Towels ready and it was all good. Appointment was good, they have a very knowledgeable staff, especially Erica. She answered all my rookie questions without being condescending. Definitely going back.

The customer service was simply why I gave the 5 stars. This was our puppy first visit and everyone from the time we walked in were so nice to us and to our baby. We paid the $25 first visit and the rest was not as expensive as we thought. They even gave flea medication for Free! The Dr was very kind and very informative. He answered all of our questions and concerns. We definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a Vet for their loved ones 😁. Thank you to staff for being so kind, We appreciate you!

Over the past 10 years I've been to several different vets to find the right fit for my dogs and this one is by far the best. The staff is extremely empathetic and friendly, and the prices are much lower than I expected or have gotten from other vets. Also, the quality of expertise applied to each procedure is excellent. I've found so many things to complain about regarding other vets, but I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this one. They deserve recognition for their hard work, and if you want what is best for your furry friend you should take them here.

Dr. Loryn is such a great doctor!! She did everything she could to treat my kitty (Jinx) who had an ear problem that wasn’t responding to many methods issued by another vet. Dr. Loryn tried things until they worked and never did I feel hopeless for my kitty getting better. The staff was also loving and treated my kitty with great care. They were great about cleaning his ear.

I highly recommend Animal Hospital of Clemmons. The staff is incredibly honest, kind, and patient with both pets and their owners. They take the time to explain everything clearly and never make you feel rushed or pressured. What I appreciate most is that they truly care about helping, not just charging for unnecessary treatments. I’ve visited several veterinary clinics before, and this is the first place where I genuinely felt informed, supported, and cared for. Wonderful experience every time!
