We have had a great experience with Sean Paul and Amber at Ridgeside K9. They are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and truly love dogs. They’re always available to answer questions and support you every step of the way. My husband and I adopted a 10-week-old German Shepherd back in September and have been training with Ridgeside K9 ever since. We chose the hybrid option, which includes in-home sessions and access to their classes, and both have been extremely helpful and informative. We’ve seen so much growth in our dog because of their training. We’re happy to have found trainers we trust, and we cannot recommend them enough.

When I first spoke to Sean and discussed the issues I was having with my dog, I knew Ridgeside would definitely be able to help her. On my first visit, I met with Sean and Amber. I realized this wasn't just a job to them. They love what they do and love the animals. From the very beginning Sean was able to read my dog and told me why she was reacting the way she was. After two sessions he not only trained my dog but trained me on how to handle her in certain situations. I highly recommend Ridgeside. And personally I would like to thank Sean for his service in the military.

The absolute best dog trainer. Not only do they treat your animal with respect and kindness they patiently set boundaries so your pet can learn trust and obedience. I recently took my beloved dog back to get some remedial training as I didn't provide a structured environment after the first training. I had already decided that should something ever happen to me that I wanted my pet to go to Sean Paul and Amber because they truly love my dog and I saw that every single time I have gone there. Hands down the best experience I have had when it comes to training. The owners and trainers here are very fantastic. Even in a group setting they take time to assist in helping you and your pup work together to master skills. They are always working to improve the facility. They don’t just focus on basic obedience but offer a wide variety of training services. I would and have been recommending them to people I know or anyone who asks for advice or where I take my pups.

10 out of 10 would absolutely recommend. They did fantastic work with my dog. He had some temperament issues and was questionable around people and you could not take him around any other animals. After going to their classes, I’m no longer concerned taking him anywhere. They are good people very friendly super easy to get along with and their class classes. Don’t just train your dog. They also take the time to re-teach you how to react to your dogs reactions and explain things in ways that anybody can understand it. they always make sure to end class on a good note and never set your dog up for failure.
