Pekin Veterinary Clinic

As a new client my first visit was a pleasant experience. They staff was welcoming and informative. I'd been looking for a closer to home vet as I've an older kitty who despises car rides and recently added a puppy to the family. They answered all my questions and explained everything during our appointment with my new pup. They were very caring and patient with her and had her feeling at ease. A very clean and inviting establishment. I think we're going to like it here. I've already recommended them to a few people.

took my cat in due to some respiratory issues, sneezing, little cough, some mucus in the nose, and to get vaccinated, they were all really great, polite and caring. but then again it was my little angel kitty rebel completely a lover...we shall see how well they like me when I bring in my other 2 terror cats... il go ahead and apologize now for that upcoming visit.

_Updated_ 1 month later ... THE COUNTY CALLED The business did not give me the appropriate tag for the rabies shot we received on our $600 visit that lead to the ER. They also did not have an address on file. The county matched my name in the system and used the phone number previously linked. I absolutely believe this business is incapable. Save yourself the money, time, and fret _ skip the visit to Pekin Veterinary Clinic. --------------------- I paid $600 dollars on our first visit here. My pup was cared for and they trimmed her nails. Unfortunately something went wrong and our visit to Pekin vet clinic brought us to the emergency vet hospital 12 hours later. The emergency staff did leave me feeling this maybe could have been avoided. I was still confident everyone at Pekin

I love my vet!! She is very, very wonderful with my dog & cat. Actually the whole staff there is great. When I’ve had an emergency, they will get us in asap. Other vets have put me out up to a week, which is why I initially changed. Anyway, they are awesome!! ❤️

I can’t express with words how truly grateful I am for Pekin Vet Clinic. We aren’t from the area but had an emergency with my little Mal-Shi. She is very inquisitive and got into something she shouldn’t. From the time I frantically called to the time I left I had an amazing experience with every staff person I encountered. I’m hopeful I will not need this kind of visit in the future, but if I do, I wouldn’t hesitate to take my little princesses to this facility. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping my little Deva and consoling me.
