Retrieve Moore Kennels

We sent an English cocker to him after a few days we were told he had hot spots and they were being treated. They were not hot spots. When we would go visit him to see how he is being trained, we isaw very little improvement for what was being paid for him being there. Once we picked him up for his last month of being there, there were consistent burn marks on his neck to where it was nothing but bare skin as well as on his private area. We then found out that he was the ONLY one kept on a bark collar the whole time. None of the other dogs had one on. This is not acceptable for a training facility especially if what was being paid and for what was being told by owner. Would not recommend to anyone.
