Simply amazing! The store is clean and offers a great variety of supplies. I found a vast selection of food for my chameleon and king snake.

The animals are beautiful! I just think the customer service needs some work. I can't buy a pet with handling it? Am I supposed to just hope they are cool based off look? Like obviously I get it with like baby animals and ones with a high temper, but I come to this store pretty often so I'd think knowing my knowledge with reptiles, that I should've been able to hold some of the calmer ones.

Awesome staff very knowledgeable in regards to reptiles I’ve got two ball python’s and a bearded dragon from here and I come back weekly to get supplies. Every staff member I’ve met here is kind, and answers all my questions. Also their prices are very good compared to the other reptile shops I’ve visited.

Love this place. The cashier girl answered my questions. I asked about the tarantulas, etc. I used to go to the other locations back then. I go here now for my pet needs.

Customer service was lacking, and the store had little to no inventory available. Unorganized Dirty shelves mold on quail eggs, cobwebs inside enclosures, and consistently dirty glass and cages, which raises serious concerns about cleanliness and animal care standards. Many of the enclosures appeared poorly set up and inadequately maintained. Pricing was excessively high given the condition of the store. The male employee at the front showed limited knowledge, including inaccurate cricket counts and incorrect feeder rat sizing. Additionally, the female staff member was unwelcoming and unapproachable. Overall, the store appeared run down and poorly managed. Basic operational improvements such as assigning staff to maintenance while others assist customers would significantly improve conditi
