Today I bought a cockatiel chick there. It is completely tame and a beautiful little thing. The staff were very nice. I am very sorry that I did not ask for her name, but the girl who helped me spoke to me in my native Russian language, and I was very surprised and happy to talk! The store has a large selection of bird supplies, and the birds are well cared for and look healthy. I'm glad I found this place. Thank you for our new family member. We'll definitely be back!

Very knowledgeable and great customer service. Brought my daughter's Bugie in for wing/nail clipping. Staff was great, patient and made us feel very welcome and comfortable as new bird owners with tons of questions. Loved the open atmosphere of the birds flying around. Even taught my daughter how to catch one of the birds; she absolutely enjoyed herself. Felt no pressure or coerced to purchase anything. Big thanks to previous reviewers of this business. Your reviews helped me decide on this place versus others and you didn't disappoint. Will be returning for sure to get any future food and clippings done here even though we are about 5hrs away....YES they are THAT good!

Always a good experience there. They care about who purchases their birds. All birds cared for. Cages clean. That’s the most important thing.

Went there today for the 1st time to have our Quaker parrots beak trimmed. Amazing place! People were super nice and helpful lots of toys and other things for all types of birds. And beautiful birds there also .

I was inquiring about my bird that I didn’t get from her. If you are an avid bird enthusiast, it is important to remember that the source of your birds does not diminish the value of providing helpful information. Her behavior was unacceptable, and I am unlikely to consider her as a future source of birds. Such treatment is not only disrespectful but also counterproductive to building a positive reputation and fostering customer loyalty.
